Awful service and rude employees! Ipurchased expensive windshield wipers less than 30days ago and had one oftheir guys put them onforme. One wiper flew off mycar two daysago. Icalled and spoke with Patrick who found myreceipt asproof ofpurchase. Hetold methey couldn't replace the one wiper. Hethen had mespeak with the “acting manager” onsite. She kept telling methat this happens alot and there was nothing they can doforme. I've never had wipers fly off after having themputon. Finally, after Ibecame angrier, asked for her name and the manager's name, she just kept repeating that they wouldn't doanything forme. Ireiterated that this was asafety issue while driving. Finally she hung uponme. Icalled back toget her name and Patrick refused togive meHER name. Patrick said that “Mr. Nelson” isthe real manager's name. Iwill NEVER buy from them again and will contact their district headquarters onMonday. Myguess isthey follow their manager's lead and Iwon't get any satisfaction from “Mr. Nelson” either.… – show

Horrible service. Iwent toget myalternator checked and tosee ifI need toreplaceit. The lady was good she asked ifI needed help. But The guy who works there didn’t greet mehe just stood there and pointed outside. Wewent outside and hewas silent the whole time. Hetold meabout the battery but Idon’t know much about cars, Iwanted totalk tohim tosee what hewould recommend and hejust showed methe screen (like ifI knew what Iwas reading). Service like this makes menot want tobuy their products. SoI just drove away.… – show
